Just moved to Oregon from New Jersey and chose Ron Tonkin as my Portland dealer for service for my 2015 Jeep Cherokee Limited. I couldn’t be happier with their Express Lane service advisor Jonathan Plumb. He went over and above to take care of our needs and provide us with excellent customer service. We tried to call the other dealer in Portland called Time Chrysler Dodge, but they never answered their phone. Clearly not a good sign. Dexter picked me up from the airport since I was an out of state buyer. Got me to the dealership and was able to quickly process the purchase. They even found another 2k rebate to apply to my truck purchase, so big win there! Clean, organized and professional.
My battery replacement showed $97 extra on the service invoice than the price at the parts department. I am still trying to get a paper document stating how many months the battery should last, length of free replacement, and % of amortization for each year for the new battery.
Updated 11/08/24: Terry Bryan called me and listened to my concerns. I left the dealership without battery warranty papers. Jose was told the service invoice was all that was available. Ron Tonkin has treated me well over the years. I have bought 3 or 4 vehicles from them. This was a recall item that they replaced the high pressure fuel pump.

Company truck with no heat/AC/ defrost,dropped off early morning,had a diagnosis later in the day, unfortunately part wasn't in stock,they were going to call around locally,guessing not available so had to order one . Got a call late Monday afternoon it was finished. Good communication,work performed in a timely manner,not sure you could ask for better service. Thank you to the folks who made it happen. Dennis

Showed up first thing this morning without an appt. And Gabriel was very accomadating and got me checked in, And an hour later my jeep was ready to go and even cheaper than last time.
The truck was finished on time and as expected. The service writer Adam was great.

The service writer was professional and very nice. He said the waiting time would be an hour or so. It was less than an hour. The waiting room was clean and coffee was good. Very pleased with their service in Milwaukee.

I had several service related and one tire replacement questions for Gabriel. He listened patiently, took notes and then when I had finished he asked a couple of questiond. He did some quick research then answered all of my questions. I am confident with his answers. When service was complete the service staff explained aspects of their tire program that I should have known. All is all, an excellent experience at a fair price.

Had a great first time experience with Ron Tonkin Chrysler. There was a hiccup along the way, but the customer service Adam and the team showed was EXEMPLARY. Five star service for sure. The dealer ship was amazing with my truck repair. They went above and beyond to research my truck issues. They even found out that the repairs were covered under warranty. Now my truck is 9 years old so this blew me away. From the service writer to the mechanic that did the repairs. Top notch all the way.

Had my high pressure fuel pump changed out as it was recalled. Service was timely, communication was good throughout. As a part of this service, I was advised eligible for a free fuel filter change along with my fuel pump. I asked several times throughout the process and was repeatedly advised I was eligible for the fuel filter. After the fuel pump swap, I asked did the fuel filter get changed out and only then told my vehicle wasn’t eligible. My 2023 4xe was out of commission for a total of 92 days due to battery failure. It was a long haul working with third party STAR to get a functioning battery sent to the dealerahip (STAR gets 0/5 stars. They sent the first battery to the wrong dealership, the second battery they sent arrived non functional with an “open circuit”).
